Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 15 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, please note that shipping delays may occur due to high volume, customs, or courier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@dewaar.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
